  • A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure all reservations. Payment of the balance of a reservation is due no later than 30 days before the arrival date. 

  • All rates quoted are based on current rates at the time and may be subject to change. 

  • To give people peace of mind when traveling and assistance to handle the unforeseen travel issues that can happen before or during a trip; an accident or emergency, a missed flight, lost baggage, an illness or cancelled trips, we highly recommend trip cancellation and travel insurance. With our short season and limited capacity we have had to adopt stringent cancellation policies; insurance would help defray these costs. All trips include: 

Lodging and all meals for overnight guests, a delicious lunch for half day and full day.

Guided services.

Round trip air charter from Soldotna and Homer to the Alaska Homestead Lodge.  Air charter from Anchorage will be priced separately.

There will be a 3% sales tax added to the lodging/activity cost and a $6.00 park management fee per person, per day.

We always appreciate knowing if guests have any disabilities, food allergies or restrictions we need to know about.
 

Please note: There are stairs to the front porch and from main floor upstairs to kitchen and stairs to the loft.

Please inform us of any special events: Birthday, anniversaries, engagements, etc. The Homestead is the perfect setting for a wedding, reception or family reunion. Ask about our conference / game room which is available for corporate meetings and retreats. If you wish to make a reservation please complete this form.
